• While almost all our competitors have Chinese stamped sprockets that are typically warped and have non-chamfered teeth that break chain, our sprockets are machined from solid aluminum bar stock to make a perfect sprocket that runs completely true with no wobble and guides the chain onto the teeth without chain binding..

Interchangeable Clutch Sprockets (120s)

Deluxe Chain Tensioner

• This chain tensioner is 5" long, 2.2" wide, and 1.7" thick including the roller and bolt. The aluminum plate can be mounted anywhere on the tunnel you choose to place it and it mounted with either two 1/4" bolts or four 3/16" rivets, the choice is yours. Although sprockets are much cheaper to use, we have choosen to use a high quality roller that's 15/16" wide so it's very forgiving no matter where your chain is running and it's one less sprocket you have to shim to be in alignment with the clutch and driven sprockets. The roller has nearly 3" of travel to tension the chain to your preference and is very quickly adjusted.

Deluxe Replacement Roller

• This is the roller used on the Deluxe Chain Tensioner. Although we've never had to sell a replacement yet, they are available if a roller ever wears out.

Deluxe Roller Kit

• This kit allows a person who has the standard chain tensioner to upgrade to the deluxe model. The kit contains the roller, bushing, carriage bolt, washer and lock nut.

Polaris Skid Wheel Kit

• This kit lifts the track away from the slide rails slightly to remove some friction and allows the track to spin more freely.
• These kits contains wheels and all mounting hardware.
• More than 80% of the friction comes from the front of the slide rail where most of the pressure is applied, and therefore we sell our kits with either two wheels for 1/2 the price or the full four wheel kit if you're racing grass drags or just want the extra support.

EK #35 High Tensile Space Chain

• An EK chain that is manufactured to be the highest strength and most wear resistant #35 chain anywhere. Much stronger than standard space chain or Silver Pro chain.  This is the premium #35 chain of all.

• Works great on Kitty Cats or 120cc snowmobiles, but engineer for high torque applications.  Ideal for F1 and Champ class racers.

• NOTE:  This chain is a complete and continuous 106 link masterless chain with no master link.  If you'd like me to make a masterless chain for you to a special length, please text message, email or call me before ordering wtih the number of links you'll need. Bulk #35 Space Chain

• The fit and finish and smoothness isn't as great as box chain, but holds up as long.

• Black on black finish.

The easiest way to count the number of links you need is to count the holes in the chain where the teeth of the sprocket go and make sure you count the hole for the master link or your chain will be too short.

Standard #35 Karting Chain

• This is a good, affordable, #35 chain that is of equivilent quality as the OEM chain.

• This is not farm implement quality chain. This is designed for kart racing and rolls more smoothly.

• The fit and finish and smoothness isn't as great as box chain, but holds up as long.

• Black on black finish.

Gold #420 Chain

• This chain has a gold coating that not only reduces the friction between the links allowing the chain to move more freely, but also resists heat.

• Because the chain runs so close to the exhaust on the Arctic Cat and Yamaha 120s, this chain reflects the heat and does not fail prematurely. This is a must have chain for Arctic Cat and Yamahas.

Standard #420/41 Race Chain

• This is a popular #420 chain that many offroad motorcycles run and have great success with.

• I would not recommend this chain for Arctic Cat or Yamahas as the chain overheats and will fail prematurally. This is suitable for Polaris and Ski Doo 120s.
