If you have a question that does not require immediate assistance, we ask you to please send us an email with your question(s). If you need a price quote for a list of products or have a product availability question, we also find it's quicker and more efficient with an email. Please also include your name, day and evening phone numbers we can reach you at, and the latest time of the day/evening we can contact you by phone as we often work late hours. In this way we can either call or email you a reply without you having to wait on hold or leave voice mail messages. All emails are answered as soon as possible and in the order in which they are received.
